How i can remove table Random files?

How i can remove table Random files? And how i can add option no last uploaded photos, just last uploaded ALBUMS!? :)

How i can delete Random Photos table? And how i can change the Last Additions table? I mean i want no last Photos uploaded, just last ALBUMS :)
