help moving gallery to different domain
« on: March 04, 2007, 02:14:49 am »

i currently have a well-used gallery bridged to phpbb.

i'm working on another site that i want to eventually replace the former with.

i would like to duplicate the coppermine gallery over to that domain.

i've copied the folder over to the other domain, unbridged it and updated the SQL information. ran the update.php file and now all i'm getting this:

Quote
Fatal error :

While executing query "SELECT * FROM dcs_config" on 0

mySQL error: Table 'blanks2_ridedc.dcs_config' doesn't exist

any ideas?

also, i'm creating the new site using joomla as a base. i would like to bridge my gallery together and even convert all my phpbb posts and user data over. does anyone foresee difficulties doing this? thanks in advance!

just an update and clarification. i just tried this with 2 different coppermine installs, and updating the config file to a different table prefix & running update.php only creates the following tables:

banned
bridge
dict
ecards
exif
favpics
filetypes
hit_stats
plugins
sessions
temp_data

i'm missing some valuable tables there, any ideas why they're not being created?
