Showing Members Gallery Thumbnail?

I have General Photography albums showing their thumbnails on the front page, but members Galleries are not showing thumbnail of albums.

How can I set to show members albums randomly? Say 4 x 2 albums on front page?

I searched but couldnt find the answer...  :(
