Can't upload scans

Everytime I try to upload this file: http://brothersandsisters-tv.com/forums/uploads/post-1-1172556660.jpg , I get 'click for details or to reload' .  but then when I click reload I get a pop-up download thing for 'addpic.php'.  please help

The file is too large, resize it on your PC before batch adding.
