another nitwit question
« on: February 26, 2007, 09:22:00 pm »

ok guys this is probably somewhere in the manual but i cant find it.

i solved the problem of installing (the debugmode wordked!!) but now i have the problem that my login doesnt work. I tried installing it a second time and even after explicitly copying the login and password it gets refused...

Wheres my solution? Please?

Does your login not stick (does it say "welcome admin" but then doesn't let you do anything) or doesn't it even recognize your login in the first place? What does "gets refused" mean?
Post more details - a link to your coppermine-driven gallery is almost always mandatory. Make sure that your browser is set up to accept the cookies. Make sure that you chose a valid cookie name.

As you suggested, installation worked, so your question is not related to initial install, so I'm moving your thread accordingly.

yes... been there done that... Thanks for the tip nibbler! Sorry fot the wisecrack but this is getting on my nerves. I changed provider because it was getting too expensive at the old one. At the new one i tried coppermine and couldnt get it running. Now on a third provider and it STILL doesnt work. And the guys at the provider keep telling me they dont support other peoples software. While the problem is on their side! (at the first provider (the expensive one) it worked without changing any setting whatsoever!!!)

However after debugging for the 50th time i het another fatal error with this:

While executing query "SELECT u.user_id AS id, u.user_name AS username, u.user_password AS password, u.avatar_url AS avatar_url, u.enable_admin_email AS notify, u.auto_subscribe_post AS auto_subscribe_post, u.auto_subscribe_comment AS auto_subscribe_comment, u.user_group+100 AS group_id FROM `theateri_nbeeld`.albumsusers AS u INNER JOIN `theateri_nbeeld`.albumsusergroups AS g ON u.user_group=g.group_id WHERE u.user_id='1'" on Resource id #5

mySQL error: Unknown column 'u.avatar_url' in 'field list'

I guess you will have some thread leading to the solution!

Probably means you didn't install the modpack correctly. Review the instructions and post in the modpack section if you need help.
