Impossible to move

Upgraded to 1.4 without problems: all my albums are visible. Only the upload-module doesn't work. Attached the faultmessage.

Thank you for your help: I didn't find my way in the faqs. Obviously I didn't chmod all the albums I had from my earlier version of coppermine. I thougt coppermine would only make new albums...
