Problem with updated database?
« on: February 22, 2007, 11:43:36 am »

Hi.

After upgrading from 1.3 to 1.4.1 and a successful version check the gallery seems to be empty of images! The member list is OK but all the images have disappeared - not physical but because of database problems?

Please help!  :'(

Latest version is 1.4.10, not 1.4.1. Post a link.

Your 'powered by Coppermine' footer is missing too. Fix that first.

Yes! In the Admin in Coppermine it says that you need the debug message if you have any problems!
Any comments on my problem? :)

Yes! In the Admin in Coppermine it says that you need the debug message if you have any problems!
That's funny: in my copy, it says that you're suppossed to paste the debug_output into your posting only when requested: ;)

If you're going to request help on the coppermine support board, copy-and-paste this debug output into your posting when requested, along with the error message you get (if any).

Any comments on my problem? :)
You appear not to have upgraded as suggested in the docs. Use a third-party tool like phpMyAdmin and browse coppermine's pictures table - it appears to be empty. If this is the case, restore the backup of this particular table and then re-run update.php. The actual files (e.g. http://www.kunstpavillon.dk/galleri/albums/userpics/10001/foto_pavillonen_debatforum.jpg) appear to still be there.
