no upload option

I had the ability to upload, and now I dont. I am not sure what happened. I cant upload as a regular user or as an admin.  As far as I can tell all my options are set right.  Any suggestions?

For the admin you need to set public albums upload to yes and personal gallery to yes. It's probably not showing for registered users if you have no public albums and you have not given them any personal ones

I am not seeing options like that anywhere.

Would I find this under "Config" or Admin options

ok now i can upload, and its showing "user" gallery on the list of galleries but Its not giving me an option to upload to my personal user gallery

ok let me rephrase.

regular users can make their own personal galleries. my admin profile (and the user profile linked to it) cannot make their own galleries, and even worse only has the option to post to one of the SEVERAL galleries i was originally given the option to post to.

with this permossions thingy

i have all the admin permissions set up exactly the same as a regular user.
