Uploaded photos using XP Publish but photos not found in albums

I had no problems uploading photos using XP Publish last week but when trying to upload yesterday, I can see the newly created album but there are no photos inside.  I can see the new photos in my /albums directory but they are not showing up in the albums.  I tried to batch-add my files but I get the PB error.  I didn't get any error messages when using XP Publish so not sure what I'm doing wrong, would greatly appreciate help.

ok, i think i managed to fix it now... i basically reinstalled coppermine 1.4.10 without overwriting the albums and theme folders... it's a pain in the ars... but at least it works now.  :D
