Gallery Offline?
« on: February 06, 2007, 02:58:15 am »

Is there a way to make your gallery fully offline? I know how to make it offline but they can still see the layout. How do you make it offline so no one will be able to see anything except for the admin? Because I saw someone did it.

There are several methods:
  • creating a .htaccess file that prompts for username and password
  • setting a theme for everyone that displays nothing and manually specifying another theme for the admin
  • Renaming the folder your Coppermine gallery resides in
  • Adding a die();-command for non-admins into the code
Not related to coppermine itself. Imo the regular "offline" switch in Coppermine's config should be enough.
