Upload pic problem + registering problem
« on: February 04, 2007, 09:24:31 pm »

Hello!

http://www.enikospostcards.extra.hu/gallery/index.php

When I'm uploading a pic it seems everything ok and then I only see a red x. I did what you wrote in the Documentation and got this error message:

The file 'albums/userpics/10001/toronto.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.

File: /nfs/extra/e/en/enikospostcards/wwwroot/gallery/db_input.php - Line: 402

I tried to register a test account but it is also not working. I got the activation email, click on the link and get an error message:

Make sure that you have set permissions on the albums folder and everything within is as suggested in the documentation.

Don't just check, but apply the permissions that are correct for your server setup! This may or may not be 777. Did you read the permissions section of the docs as I suggested? If not, please do so now.

Hi!

I use Total Commander and I applied the permissions (now I tried 755) but I get the same error message when I want to upload a pic. I uploaded so many pics without problem so I don't know what to do more. I think I just give up.

Thanks for your time but it isn't working!
