Settings for uploading a slideshow

I am trying to get a slideshow that I have uploaded to work properly.
The audio is fine but no video.  I am not sure if it due to file size or type.

Here are the file types that I have tried.
  • AVI
    MPEG II

Could it be that the file is 48 meg?
