Users not visible in usermgr.php
« on: February 02, 2007, 03:20:50 pm »

I have approximately 15 user registered in my gallery, all with their own albums and uploaded pictures. Now, when I go to usermgr.php (as admin), all except the Administrator account as well as my own regular user account, are gone! They are however still listed in the respective sql-table. No users besides myself has admin-access, and the files haven't been altered at all. I did try to install and enable the Captcha plugin, which didn't work as I hoped anyway. Hopefully this didn't result in the users being rendered invisible! :-\

Any help is appreciated! :-)

Here's a screenshot of the usermanager, which SHOULD have had alot more users listed:

The only ticket which deals with the same problem is this:

Like it says in that ticket. Either put back a backup or recreate. I do not see how Captcha does anything that might  delete userslist in this way.

Hein

Thank you for the quick reply. I did as suggested, and dropped and re-inserted the tables cpg132_users and cpg132_usergroups. That alone actually helped, and it will hopefully give others a heads up as well! :D
