[solved]: Integration?

I have my phpbb forum www.photo-chop.com/forums and I'm wondering how to integrate this gallery software into the forums so that existing users can create a gallery and only users that are with the forum can create a album to upload pictures. If anybody has any info on how I can go about doing this please let me know.
