I've uploaded video but cannot play it, what could be the problem.

There have been posts about this before, you need to do something special for the media plugin to work in IE7. Try searching the board/web.

I had this problem with IE7 and solved it using this method.

That could well be the issue, Mr_Anderson is using an outdated version of Coppermine that has that bug.

Sorry, my bad. I did't see 1.4.10 version out  :o
After upgrading it began to work.

P.S. Coppermine - has always been the best script ;)
