Filename change help.
« on: January 22, 2007, 01:51:17 am »

Hi.  All's well with coppermine, but a small forum problem.  Several users have uploaded images into their personal albums (in coppermine) with '#' in the filename.  I have a mod on my SMF forum that allows each user's thumbnails to show in their profile, however when the '#' is in the filename the extension gets lost and the browser can't find the file.  So I've enabled the function to change '#' signs into '_' when files are uploaded, but this doesn't fix files already on the server.  Since there are several files involved, the database, the thumbnail, and mid sized image, and the full sized image, is there any easy way to get rid of the '#'?

Thanks for the help!
