Adding new Photo Album

When I adding a new photo album is putting it under User Gallary and I want it to go under the new catagory that I created.  Can you please tell me how I can do this?

Pics don't get uploaded into categories, but albums. Create an album within your new category and upload your pic there. This is being covered in the documentation, please read it before asking more questions.
