How to allow Registered users upload in predetermined albums?

I have created (as the site admin) several categories and albums within them, and I want the Registered users ONLY to upload into these predetermined Categories and Albums I have created.. How do I achieve this?

Album properties, "visitors can upload" = yes.


General toggle: groups panel, set "Public albums upload" to "yes" for the registered group.
