Admin mode to User mode
« on: January 15, 2007, 06:30:21 pm »

I just installed coppermine and I have a problem switching from admin mode to usermode. When I log in I am in admin mode but when I click usermode, it reloads the page, a but the admin buttons and stuff stays there. It wasn’t like that when I had the Cpanel coppemine installed.

I just noticed it last night when I was doing a new theme. :/

Unable to replicate - posting a link might be a start. However, bottom line is: stay in admin mode all the time, there's little use in going into "user mode". Actually, all the switch does is hiding the admin controls from the screen. It does not show you what your users can do. Details can be found in the docs, see http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#admin_user_mode
