Bridging and Collation Problem
« on: January 14, 2007, 10:35:30 pm »

I am getting critical error on coppermine after bridging it with phpbb.Referencing to the posts sent,i guess database collations cause that error.

My collations are :
Mysql connection collation : UTF8 General ci
Coppermine Tables collation : Latin1 swedish ci (including rows)
But coppermine users and pictures has UTF8 General ci on rows and Latin5 Turkish ci
Yes i know i messed it up a lot.But this is the only way i can handle for the coppermine to work with Turkish characters.

In these situation i wonder if i can bridge the coppermine with phpbb...Thanks..
