Pictures cannot be placed

I'm able to load my pictures but when i got to continue it says "could not be placed". Can you help?

Please read the online documentation.  Pay particular attention to the troubleshooting section (do not skip the rest of the manual - you need to make sure your setup is correct before uploading).

have the same problem i read the documentation did what it said and im trying now with another post i found over here....
