Ban a Guest IP

How do I ban a guest IP address that is not a member? Everytime I try, it tells me member not found. Thats because its not a member. I have the same repeated IP spamming my comments. And I dont want to disable Guest comments.

Comment spam won't go away by banning. Search the board for "comment spam", there are several mods that take care of it.
