How to import from YaPig into Coppermine?
« on: January 04, 2007, 12:08:40 am »

Hey all

First off, big thanks to the developers of Coppermine. It's a great piece of work.

I have roughly 100 albums in a YaPig album (http://www.alaskancat.com/albums/index.php) and I am migrating them to the Coppermine gallery model. There's a lot of information contained within the individual albums. How do I make this move painlessly (or less painful)?

Thanks!!

I'm sorry, I have no idea - I don't know the app YaPig, so I have no idea about the data structure of it. There is no importer for that app available afaik. I'm afraid you will have to do this manually or figure out the db structure and write your own converter.
