Request the ability to set maximum file size limitation's be set per group?

Have group X with the ability to upload 4MB files group Y able to upload 2MB files.

Not sure if the majority of users would benefit from this feature. It would make groups management even more complicated for newbies. I can see that particular galleries could use this feature.
I'm not going to add this to the core. If another dev finds it usefull, he/she is welcome to do so though.
There's still a lot of other features to implement on the agenda.
