Hello Forum

first, thanks for this nice project!

My Question :) Exist a plugin, where the users can download all fotos of an album as RAR or ZIP?

This is part of the core: that's what the favorites are for. Not related to plugins, moving accordingly.

You add files to favorites, not albums. Please read the docs for details.
