Some additional information.

It has been working fin before (version 1.3.XX) and I encounter this problem after my webhost upgrade his version of MySql 5.0.30. I tried to upgrade to 1.4.10 and this problem still appear.

Sorry for my incompetence.

I have now followed the "upload troubleshooting section" step by step and I have the same error message.

Permissions on the "albums" and "include" is set to 777.

Test user account: Test
Password on request.

Not necessarily. If it is not set in php.ini it will use the system's temp dir. Have you verified that uploading files works outside of Coppermine with a simple upload script?

It was the upload_tmp_dir that was not set in the php.ini.
