Hello,

Is there a way to limit the number of characters displayed when in thumbnail view?  I do not want to limit the number when viewing a single image.

you may want to take a look at this mod: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=550 - it will not limit the number of characters, but will save some space on your thumbnail pages...
