Upgrade CPG database from mysql4 to mysql5
« on: December 31, 2006, 03:30:14 pm »

Did anyone do an upgrade of their DB to MYSQL 5 ???

By default MYSQL is using utf8 and I did a import of the MYSQL4 export with phpmyadmin (latest version).
The database looks okay .. only now I have some strange characters like:

Pic015-Völkerschlachtdenkmal (Battle of the Nations Memorial).jpg (this is the output)
Pic015-Völkerschlachtdenkmal_(Battle_of_the_Nations_Memorial).jpg (this is in the database)

Therefor the picture is not displayed...
