Category permission: let users create new albums

How about a feature that would let the gallery admin toggle whether users may create new albums within a given category?  This would be much like the "user albums", but would let users organize their uploaded pics into an existing public hierarchy.

Presumably any albums created by a user with this method, would have full view/upload permissions set on it by default.

There's no solution or mod for this but the developers are aware and this issue may be dealt with in the next release.

yes, we're aware that many users would like to see this feature. However, it will not be in the next release, as there is already a feature freeze for the next release.
