Unbridging via PHP My Admin - how?
« on: December 24, 2006, 02:20:17 pm »

hi,

I recently moved domains so I left my coppermine gallery on the old domain.
however while cleaning up the old domain DB I totally forgot that coppermine was bridged to the SMF installation in there! And ended up dropping the tables for SMF Now as a result I just get a error page instead of the gallery.

Can someone please guide me which table I would need to change the values in to unbridge CPG from SMF ?

Ive already checked under bridge and config tables but I dont see a value I could set to 0 to unbridge it
Thanks
aku

I think solution for yr problem is :
1. Login to ur gallery using ur standalone COPPERMINE GALLERY username and password.
2. Go TO ADMIN PANEL
3. Then Click on Bridge Manager

then you can simply turn  off ur bridging.

no actually i am unable to access the admin panel since the bridge for he SMF is over riding the coppermine settings

however I found the solution - i was a bit hasty in checking the tables in Config table - the value for bridge enable was on another page (page 2) found it and solved

thanks for the help
