MySQL link with ratings/views

Suppose I have CPG running with visitors viewing and rating my photos, will MySQL store the ratings and number of views as I see them in the album?  In other words, if I view a photo in the album I will see number of views, ratings, number of votes.  Will I be able to go into the database and see these numbers?

Yes, views and ratings are stored inside the database.
