upload has stopped functioning

For some reason pics cant be uploaded any more in coppermine. I went to the help section and changed my debud settings and groups to 1 and 0 for uploads. This is what it says when i try to upload pics
The previous file could not be placed.

You have successfully placed all the files.

It also dosent show a thimbnail of the pic when i try to upload.It just stopped accepting uploads.

I have already been to that link and changed my settings it did not fix the problem. The program was working fine and just stopped allowing pic uploads no settings should have to be changed. So what now?

Re-read that section and do exactly as suggested. If you don't, we won't be able to help you.
