Cpg1.3.2 help

hey evertone. I just downloaded cpg132 and i extract it and everything, but how do i install it?? how do i get it do work ?
can someone help me ? i looked at the tutorial and everthing and everything its fine until it comes to the upload part.

1.3.* is outdated and unsuported now. You'll better install 1.4.10 version of Coppermine.
Read the doc for install.
