I recently upgraded my Coppermine installation to 1.4.9 .  Now my old users can not upload files.  Creating a new user allows me to upload files, but the old users can not.

Old User Example:

User:  AmBraCol
Password:  newuser

New User Example:

User: NewUser
Password:  newuser
