I'm interested in selling individuals photos on my site.  I'd like to integrate this with a PayPal shopping cart and allow users to choose what size print they'd like to buy.

Has anyone done this yet or know of an easy way to do this?

There's been a lot of discussion about such features.  Adding paypal can be done in the template.html, but shopping baskets are a bit more difficult.  There has not been any hacks posted yet, but at least one user has done it.  See this thread, and give him an email if it's what you want; http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=3376
