When reporting login issues you should provide a non-admin test user account. Also read the sticky thread "When requesting bridge support - mandatory!" on this board and do exactly as suggested there.

P.S. We understand that not everybody can read and write English perfectly. However, you should try to stick to one language in your postings. There are German and Russian sub-boards available as well where you should post if you're more familiar with those languages.
