Problems selecting album when uploading pictures

My problem is the following:

I uploaded two times 5 pictures in one album. When uploading the next 5 images I couldn't select the same album anymore from the drop-down list.

When uploading in administrator-mode I'm still able to upload in that album.

Is there an option I missed, or should I search my solution elsewere?

The options for the album were set on: 'users can upload in this album' and it was set to no.

Overlooked it previously!
