Videos wont place after Uploaded! Help!

Hey well i have a couple of viedos upload to my gallery http://www.lara.nowirun.net/gallery/ and i cant get any of them to work. Is there anything to do? like i could upload them, but then they dont play when i click on play. It just stays there. Please help! I really want videos added to my gallery! Thanks a lot!
