Fatal Error

I had this issue prior to upgrading.  I upgraded, it went away for a week and now it is back
Users see Fatal Error on any page... even the version check

ipowerweb doesn't give shell access.  phpmyadmin shows some overhead on tables but  that shouldn't be cause this fatal error without a status message.

Error logs from control panel SHOW nothing related to copper mine.  Just missing a robots.txt file and that's all I have in the error logs.

Disregard this post.  iPowerweb fixed whatever it was... wouldn't tell me what they fixed though
