I am new to this but i am user of gallery v2.2 software so i know a little and can pick up quick... I created a htaccess file (only way i can set max upload size) it still tells me i cant upload because file is to big anyone know how to increase size? i looked at php info and it shows (local value) 256mb size i put on htaccess and it shows (Master Value)8mb size host has. host will not increase size but i know there is a way to increase on my  own because i have done using other software like wordpress... this is what i get

There are several limitations that can keep you from uploading huge files. You (as coppermine admin) should use FTP-upload plus batch-add to upload videos, as this is the only method to circumvent browser timeouts.
For details, read the upload troubleshooting section of the docs and do exactly as suggested there. Don't post debug_output unless requested.
