Quicker posting procedures?
« on: October 14, 2006, 03:11:40 am »

Hi all,

I understand that it has been configured by default that we need to follow the posting procedures like this:

1. browse for the pictures
2. upload
3. chose album to put the pictures in
4. finally the pictures can be uploaded to the album

Is there anyway I can config so that my user can upload the pictures to their personal gallery using the first two steps only and can arrange/move the pictures around later on if they need? or they can chose the album before starting to upload the pictures? because it takes a lot of time to go through the step 3 for each single picture.

Pls tell me if I can do something or if we have some hack/mod to do this.

Thanks a lot, pals.

    * make sure you have given us enough time to react (days, not hours!)
    * maybe nobody knows the answer to your problem
    * maybe your question has been asked very often
    * maybe your posting has been rude or impolite and you're ignored for that reason
    * maybe you requested a feature that requires a lot of coding, and none of those who are able to do it have a need for the feature

I am sorry for that. But can I know if this is due to the reason no. 1 or no. 5? I just wanna know if I should wait for an answer or not. Sorry for annoying, but this is the only thing many of my members are complaining after I decided to change from Gallery 2 to Coppermine. Thanks.
