New version of modpack and multiline comment plugin

Hi Stramm, why you have included a old version (1.1) multiline comment in the new modpack?
the v 1.1 is bugged!

It was a request (time back). I do not check the plugins... but you're right, it's not good to add it to the package. Will remove it in the next version
