removing the rate and the comment possibility

How do i do that and where? Im using the "kaki"theme .....and im no php-wizard...

You don't need to know php to read the manual. Please do so before posting.

It says how to ADD things, not how to REMOVE things

Read the part I just gave you a direct link to. If you want to disable comments and ratings then set them to 'No'.
