lost system menu

Good afternoon:

Using ver 1.4.9 and now i lost my system menu.
can not upload pictures, lost conf menu also.

please help !!

- Post a link to your gallery
- if you use custom theme try to add ?theme=classic at the end of site URL something like this:
http://www.yourdomain.ext/yourgallery/?theme=classic
