need some help creating a theme for fee

Not capable of doing this myself as beyond my skill level.
Looking for a theme that mimics my forum theme at http://sunrisers.proboards46.com

I can supply needed graphic for header and gradients ... need someone to write theme ready to install in proper colors.

Didn't get your email yet, but noticed in another threrad that you only accepted PayPal. That's leaves me out - I don't do PayPay.
