Cannot save settings on congiguration page
« on: September 30, 2006, 03:54:39 pm »

Hi, I saw that there exist some problems like this in the forum, but still I could not find a solution about my problem:

I change some setting in admin mode, in configuration pannel - for instance the name of the gallery, or the number of albums to be shown - and then press SAVE button, then a white screen appears with "powered by coppermine gallery" written there and the choice of language (and of course no change).

I accessed my database manually, changed some settings and the result was as I expected - but it is not very comfortable to do this every time and I don't want to change something wrongly, that may have bad consequences to the whole site.
I created a second user with administrative rights, tried to make a change - but still without any result and with the same white screen showing.
I was hoping that the problem would disappear after upgrading from cpg 1.4.8. to 1.4.9., but it hasn't. So i'm begging for your help.
Thank you in advance!

You have Hardening-Patch installed on your PHP server , ask your host for support ,(they should adjust the limits so that it permits more POST and/or REQUEST data)
