Hi, Piotr!
I have customised phpbb2 style to roughly match the Hardwired theme. You can check it out here:
http://www.hartlepoolcameraclub.co.uk
Gaugau suggested recently I may wish to make it available for CPG users, so I am tidying it up before release (I have never seriously considered releasing it for public use, so the code/css sheet is rather untidy!). I'll post it up here over the next few days, if you are interested?

John,

your effort is being appreciated, at least be the people who know what it takes to do something like that. Your contributions are always welcome. Thanks!

@DefenceTalk-
That is SOOOOOO cool!  8) Absolutely cracking job. 12/10.
@Llama-
The theme will go up as a zip this weekend (or possibly tonight... if I don't sleep!). I'm re-creating a "clean" theme - minus the mods I installed while building the Forums for my Camera Club (calendar etc).
To be absolutely honest, I'm not sure of the "etiquette" when releasing themes. I see on the phpbb2 forums that they have a sort of "quality assurance" process... and I didn't build this one for general release... so I guess you will have to accept a "Use at your own risk" package. Heh!
One more thing - I'm using Macromedia Fireworks to create it - does anyone think including the original png file would be useful???

Llama -
It's done! The zipfile can be reached at http://homepage.ntlworld.com/johnandmoira/hardwiredphpbb2.zip
It's a standard, "clean" setup (no mods), with an added "Gallery" button in the nav. I've also included a selection of 5 varied "header" image files to replace the existing hardwired header. Check the "readme" file for details.
Hope you like!

Phpbb2 "Hardwired" Theme
« Reply #10 on: February 15, 2004, 04:03:18 pm »

I just noticed that mods/hacks are supposed to be posted here for consideration by the admin team, so... for anyone not following my post with Llama_Thumper (re: common themes for CPG and Phpbb2), I have pulled together a hacked phpbb2 theme to match the "Hardwired" theme. I've included a "Gallery" button in the standard nav, plus a selection of interchangeable CPG/Phpbb2 header images (for a touch of individuality). It's my first ever "released" hack, so it's probably a little rough around the edges... but, hey! I'll learn.
The zip is available here
http://homepage.ntlworld.com/johnandmoira/hardwiredphpbb2.zip
That's all folks!

I uploaded the theme to the download section - thanks for sharing.
Just for those who casually over-read this thread: jmc's theme is not a theme for coppermine, but for phpbb (to make phpbb look like the coppermine theme "hardwired").
Download it here: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/coppermine/phpbb2_theme_hardwired.zip?download

Hi, Russo!
The theme was created for phpBB2.0.6. As long as you modify any appropriate .tpl files to bring them up-to-date with the security patches etc, then it should work in a .13 install.
Do you mean you don't see the Install option when you go to Admin>Styles>Add ? If so, I just tried unpacking the zip and ftp'd the folder to my Templates folder for a .13 board and it appeared without a problem in the Styles>Add page!
