How to justify the text in display image
« on: September 28, 2006, 12:38:57 pm »

Hello,

is it possible to justify the text within the display image? Hereīs the link www.alwayscountry.net/coppermine

Iīd like to

- center the image (like it is)
- center the name of the image (like it is)
- justify the text below
- center "Visit Website"

I tried to change the style.css but nothing worked. I also tried to justify the text with text

Any ideas on this?

Thanks,
Susanne

You'll have to set up separate tables for the text and "Visit Website". It's easy though so copy this code from your theme>sample.php and paste into your theme.php and add the tables where you see fit. Apply your styling and away you go.
Code: [Select]
// HTML template for intermediate image display
$template_display_media = <<<EOT
        <tr>
                <td align="center" class="display_media" nowrap="nowrap">
                        <table cellspacing="2px" cellpadding="0px" class="imageborder">
                                <tr>
                                        <td align="center">
                                                {IMAGE}

                                        </td>
                                </tr>
                        </table>
                </td></tr>
                <tr><td>
                                                <table width="100%" cellspacing="2px" cellpadding="0px" class="tableb">
                                <tr>
                                        <td align="center">

                                                {ADMIN_MENU}
                                        </td>
                                </tr>
                        </table>

<!-- BEGIN img_desc -->
                        <table cellpadding="0px" cellspacing="0px" class="tableb" width="100%">
<!-- BEGIN title -->
                                <tr>
                                        <td class="tableb"><center><b>
                                                {TITLE}
                                        </b></center></td>
                                </tr>
<!-- END title -->
<!-- BEGIN caption -->
                                <tr>
                                        <td class="tableb"><center>
                                                {CAPTION}
                                        </center></td>
                                </tr>
<!-- END caption -->
                        </table>
<!-- END img_desc -->
                </td>
        </tr>

Oppsss.... just after I thought about this I checked and see that you have a different website for each artist and that it's part of the comment. Umm.... will have to think about this but maybe someone will come up with an answer before I get back.

Hi,

thanks for your answer. Well I decided that I justify the entire comment since itīs easier. Itīs not really justified because of whatever LOL but that doesnīt really bother me.

So thank you - you really helped me because I didnīt know where to change it.  :)

Have a good one,
Susanne
