i have a gallery with picture who my user can vote for the best picture for a calender2007.

Is there a way to found out witch user allready have voted? Only registered User can vote.

This is not standard option , if you really need it , you should code it
you can enable vote statistics by going to:
config => Logging and statistics => Keep detailed vote statistics
and set it to Yes but it didn't give you the username or user id
