Coppermine was designed to be a standalone app with bridging in mind (i.e. not visual integration). All visual integration efforts psoe the same problems: coppermine was not designed for this.
Existing CMS integrations are (as far as I know):
  • Coppermine port for PragmaMx
  • pnCPG add-on for PostNuke and Drupal
  • Bridge for older Mambo version
  • User-contributed bridge for Joomla!
  • Deprecated e107 port (not recommended nor supported)
  • Dragonfly (phpNuke clone with security enhancements and built in Coppermine spin-off)
I'm not able to recommend any of them, as I have never used them. All ports go unsupported here anyway.

For simple content integration check the MiniCMS plugin http://cpg-contrib.org/thumbnails.php?album=1
